COVID-19: If you tested positive for COVID-19 since 10/07/2023, then you need to show proof if a negative test after 10/25/2023. You can get a home test kit at CVS or Walgreens. Contact @djtatmatt on Telegram for specific directions on how to provide the proof of the test results.

Remember that we do require that everyone show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination in order to attend the HLP Party. Those who have previously shown their vaccination proof are listed on the "Who's attending the party" page. If you have been vaccinated, please bring that proof with you so we can record it before it becomes mandated.

HLP does NOT yet mandate the September 2023 booster.

HLP is serious about the health and safety of our members. Considering that social distancing is contrary to the reason for this party, we need to take extra steps that are more aggressive than what's recommended by NJ and the CDC.

Again, if we have your vaccination information saved from a previous party, you won't have to show it again until there's a need for another booster shot.

This HLP Party is for registered HLP members and their guests. Therefore, you must first log into your HLP account on this site before you   GET TICKETS HERE .

If, on Saturday, October 28th, you feel the slightest bit off, sniffly, headache, achy, or legitimately sick, please contact @djtatmatt on Telegram ASAP.

Honesty and transparency is highly valued in HLP. If you have to cancel your ticket for any reason OTHER than your health, then the normal refund rules will apply, which is to say, your reservation will be applied to the next party. Temporary Suspension will be given to anyone caught lying about their health simply to receive a refund.

IMPORTANT: HLP mandates proof of full vaccination AND booster against COVID-19 as of January 10, 2022.

HLP recognizes that some people have claimed medical or religious exemptions against vaccinations, however, for the health and safety of all of our members, we urge you to your healthcare provider and to reconsider the reasons you are not vaccinated. Please contact @djtatmatt on Telegram if you have a medical exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine. We'd really hate to exclude you from events at HLP HQ until after the COVID-19 pandemic has ended.


Logistics, Expectations, and Rules for October 28, 2023 HLP Fetish Party


TL;DR: DON'T BE A DICK!
Some have a dick, some want a dick, and some are a dick. No one wants to be a dick on purpose, but sometimes we (re)act wrong in the heat of the moment.
Sometimes we don't recognize our own dickish actions and need to be reminded, other times our lack of experience turns us into a dick.

As you read through the following list of rules (i.e. "Don't Be A Dick Reminders"), just imagine what real event necessitated the rule to be written out. Some of the stories are good, and some were heat-of-the-moment reactions.

Logistics:

  1. YOU MUST HAVE PROOF OF THE COVID-19 VACCINE+BOOSTER TO ATTEND THIS PARTY. VACCINATION MUST HAVE BEEN COMPLETED BY 10/14/2023 IN ORDER TO ATTEND.

  2. VACCINE/BOOSTER/TESTS WILL BE CHECKED AT THE DOOR UPON ENTRY.

  3. HLP is now home to a new pet. His name is Van Gogh the cat. HLP HQ was previously home to cats up until 2019. Every effort is made to keep the house free of fur and dander to prevent triggering of anyone's allergies. There will also be allergy medication available in the 3rd floor bathroom. Even though Van Gogh is extremely friendly, and quite an attention whore, he will be locked up in Kabous' first floor room for as long as anyone with an allergy is in attendance.

  4. DRIVEWAY PARKING IS RESERVED FOR THOSE SLUMBERING, EVERYONE ELSE MUST PARK ON A SIDE STREET. Avoid yellow curbs.

  5. Each floor has a few designated activities, keep those specified activities to those floors. Look for wall signage on each level for what's assigned where.

  6. You can change and store your bag on the 3rd floor. The previous 3rd floor rule as a "NON-SEXUAL ZONE" is lifted for the Halloween parties so you can explore your fantasies in the different haunted areas.

  7. DO NOT GO OUTSIDE UNLESS YOU ARE WEARING PANTS/SHORTS/SKIRT. Attendees with breasts must also cover their top. Neighbors are likely to call the police if expose your naughty bits outside.

  8. If you did not sign up for the Pet Slumber, then you should go home when you start to feel tired. However, if you are drunk or overly tired, please talk to the party host. Everyone's safety is paramount; please help monitoring those who are not slumbering.

  9. Do not sleep or nap in any bedroom unless it's been assigned to you. Don't overdo it, go home or find your slumber spot before you pass out.

  10. Do you have a slumber or cuddle buddy? Find a friendly pet to slumber with, unless your fetish is to wake up next to someone unexpected.

  11. The "Room of Doors" on the 1st floor is available for private play. The bedroom on the 3rd floor is reserved for anyone with a CPAP or the first two couple to register.

  12. Party attendees include HLP members and their guests, and people known by the party host. Everyone has a right to be here. Many attendees have constant battles with depression, anxiety, and body image. No one should ever feel vulnerable at HLP HQ when geared up. In order to create a safe space we must all think before we speak in order to avoid accidental snide remarks, arguing, and uncomfortable verbal attacks. Be respectful of everyone; otherwise go to a different floor without starting an incident.

  13. Hot food will be served between 11PM and Midnight.

  14. Please use the yellow spray cleaner to clean off all equipment after your scenes.

  15. There will be a group photo sometime between 9:30PM and 11:00PM on the 2nd floor. Please find your town name right before the photo.

  16. Do not cut the rope unless in an emergency. There's plenty of rope of 7.5', 15', 30', 40', and 50'. Do not attempt suspension unless you know what you're doing!

HLP Consent Policies:

  1. Red wristbands mean ask before touching. Green wristbands mean touch me. If someone says "no" then you must respect that all night long.

Fetish Expectations:

  1. We are here to enjoy childhood joys while indulging in adult sexual privilege.

  2. This is a safe space. You are allowed to be yourself, do, or wear whatever you are comfortable in while you are here.

  3. Consent is needed before you get frisky. THE BASIC "NO" OF NON-CONSENT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND. WHEN SOMEONE PUSHES YOU AWAY OR WALKS AWAY, THAT'S HOW THEY ARE SAYING "NO" NICELY. If someone says "no" or "rather not" or "not tonight" or "stop touching" then you must respect that all night long. These words really matter, and need to be VERY specific. You have every right to be upset with someone if your words were specific and they attempt to continue. Submissives have full permission to say no. Consent violations will be investigated. Reports of consent violations are a serious infraction that could result in someone being suspended from HLP.

  4. Significant Others: This party has brought a few couples together, but it has also torn relationships apart. Your relationship is your own, but you should openly talk about this party to your partner before attending. Set rules of conduct for yourselves, and hold to them. Couples attending together need to talk about what scenes they are allowed to participate in, or just watch. Partners are allowed to say "no" for one another. Consent rules for partners are difficult to navigate. Over the years, there have been many reports of consent violations between couples and another party attendee. Every consent violation report is taken seriously and will never be dismissed, please be aware that every reported violation involving a couples and other attendees have always revealed that the couple didn't openly talk about this party before walking in. There's an endless potential for jealousy that can, and most likely will, destroy your relationship if you haven't set the rules first. Please do not report a consent violation simply to cover up that you were not honest with your partner first. Violation reports should never be used to save your relationship. Reports of consent violations are a serious infraction that could result in someone being suspended from HLP, and it could ruin someone's life for years.

  5. Do not assume you are allowed to smack, choke, flog, fuck, fist, or electrocute someone just because it's their fetish and they like it; you still need to ask first.

  6. Do Not Interrupt Or Enter Other Scenes Unless Invited; Want to be included? THEN WATCH AND WAIT FOR INVITE INSTEAD OF WALKING AWAY WITH GRUMPY PANTS.

  7. Please negotiate your scene and toys BEFORE STARTING, including your Safe Words.

  8. Negotiation includes letting your Top/Dom/Sir/Master/Alpha of the Scene know your hard limits, who is allowed to watch and who is allowed to participate. You must give these details to your chosen TOP, not someone else.

  9. "No," "Stop," "Check-in," or Safe Words Must Be Responded To Immediately. "STOP" is the end of the scene. Tops should not push boundaries by asking for one more zap, spank, etc. DO NOT DISRESPECT THE SUB! Other fetish groups allow "one more zap/spank/etc., the HLP policy is to respond to safe words immediately.

  10. NEVER leave your bondage sub unattended!

  11. AT HLP events, bondage scenes must be 3 or more people.

  12. Please negotiate your after care. What do you need for after care and who do you need it from? It might not be your scene partner.

  13. Just because each of us are often hungry for one type of fun that does not mean we are always hungry for that fun. Don't be disappointed if a previous scene partner isn't in the right mood today.

  14. Hard limits change every day, don't be disappointed if your scene partner isn't in the right mood for today.

  15. There are no Dungeon Monitors, so please watch out for one another's safety. Please use common sense safety.

  16. Headspace can feel like a self hypnotic trance in which you feel like someone or something else. HEADSPACE IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR BAD BEHAVIOR.

Rules:

  1. Drug Usage: HLP has a zero tolerance policy for party drug usage at these HLP events. Anyone found using or in possession of any party drug will be removed and placed on member suspension. Need help quitting an addiction? Talk to Alpha Pup Kabous.

  2. Social photos are allowed. Does everyone have their hood on? Photos of adult play require permission.

  3. After 9PM do not linger outside for any reason; you will attract attention and the patrolling police. If you need to step out to talk to someone, then go for a walk far away.

  4. Smokers and Vapers must use the smoking room on the 2nd floor, NOT OUTSIDE. However, weed smokers MUST got outside. Remember, loud activity outside WILL attract police attention.

  5. Leave your grumpy pants at the door. I.e. you should behave yourself as a respectful adult, even to your ex if they are here.

  6. The video camera in the Dark Room is there for you to watch your own action. It is NOT recording. Talk to Kabous if you DO want to record a scene.

  7. You are NOT allowed to video chat with someone while inside the house.

  8. INTOXICATION WARNING: Do not put your HLP membership or future party attendance at risk. If you become intoxicated and create a problem with yourself or with others, you will be evaluated by the HLP Board to determine a suitable disciplinary action. Examples of "problems" include, but are not limited to, drunken arguing, drunken know-it-all, consent violations, physical violence, damage to property, or any disorderly conduct. The open bar is provided for everyone's casual enjoyment; it is not a free trough for alcoholics to abuse.
