I've just completed a lot of work on the HLP website. Initially I was just going to activate the party registration, but with the new year there will be a few changes with HLP that needed to be implemented on the website before I could open event registrations.


FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT: You must have a registered account on the HLP website in order to register for future parties. That means there will no longer be new strangers attending a party unless they are brought as a guest and paid for by someone else.


SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT If you previously paid for a member card, I hope to have them soon. I've been waiting to print member cards because I needed to finalize the HLP logo. That logo is now in the works.


THIRD ANNOUNCEMENT: If you paid for a member card, you should be able to log into your HLP account now and view the available discount codes on this page: https://www.hlpuppies.club/membership/cardholder-discount-codes.html



FORTH ANNOUNCEMENT: If you paid for a member card, you should be able to log into your HLP account and get the Telegram link to join the NSFW chat here: https://www.hlpuppies.club/membership/cardholder-private-chat.html



FIFTH ANNOUNCEMENT: As of 2022, no one will be able to join this chat unless they register on the website and access the Telegram join link from there. That also means that none of you will be able to add new pups to this chat on your own. Furthermore, if you are reading this and have not yet created a member account on the HLP site, then you need to do that now. Over the next few months, all of you will be asked to register on the website. Anyone not registered as of March 31, 2022 will be removed from this chat. HLP is meant to be a safe space where members help other members.



SIXTH ANNOUNCEMENT: 2022 will be the first year that real benefits will be available to members who pay the yearly $25 membership dues. There are a bunch of ideas that should happen as soon as we can get a little buffer funding. The first real benefit is a 25% discount off purchases from https://wruffstuff.com/. COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT
I've been reading everyone's comments about the party, and I've been carefully listening to news reports about Omicron. What they say is that Moderna & Pfizer boosters are needed after 6 months from your 2nd shot in order to protect you from Omicron. J&J also announced that you do need a second shot from them in order to increase your resistance to Omicron.

Since the beginning, I've worried that HLP could have a super spreader event with the parties. If we want to have these parties, then we need to work together and be honest with everyone.

The January 8th party will NOT require a booster shot, but all HLP HQ events after January 10th WILL REQUIRE THE BOOSTER.

For this upcoming party, the door will remain locked. You will need to show your proof of vaccination before entering, and your temperature will be checked. If your vaccine proof does not match the name on your Driver License, you will be turned away. If you don't pass a temp check, you will be turned away.

Anyone who is turned away will get a refund. Anyone who registered and then gets the slightest sniffles (or worse) within the next 7 days, will need to cancel as well.

And that's the honesty part. My personal feeling is that most of us worry that we will get sick from someone who knows they are sick and is trying to pass themselves off as fine.
